Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Company Name (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Company Name, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The Service
Company Name provides Company Description. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. We will give reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing, you also agree to the Stripe Services Agreement.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: violating laws, infringing intellectual-property rights, sending spam, attempting to compromise security, reverse-engineering the Service, or using it to harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely as needed to operate the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding your content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Company Name and its licensors.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company Name and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
